Motorcycling might be a solitary pastime, which is perhaps why some of us like it, but sometimes it is just as much fun to involve your family, even if they don’t ride themselves.
Honda knows this as well as anyone, which is why Honda South Africa has teamed up with the ADA Training & Outdoor Centre in Hartbeespoort for the Honda Family Fun Day on Sunday, 18 October 2026.

There will be both road and off-road motorcycle demos throughout the day, along with riding competitions and all sorts of fun activities for the whole family. All proceeds from ticket sales will go to the Reach For A Dream Foundation, which makes dreams come true for children with life-threatening illnesses.
The event is designed to showcase the fun and accessibility of Honda motorcycles, while the demo rides will provide an opportunity to experience a range of Honda models in a safe and controlled environment.
The dual-purpose Honda CRF300L and CRF300 Rally will be available for demo rides, while younger riders and beginners can enjoy supervised riding activities on the CRF110F and CRF125F. The day will also feature timed competitions, slalom racing and plenty of prizes.
Riding guests will be able to experience Honda’s innovative E-Clutch technology on the NX500 and XL750 Transalp, while visitors can also get up close with the impressive new CB1000GT sport tourer.

Bring your family and friends along for a great day out, with something for everyone. Event partners Motul South Africa, Leatt South Africa and ADA Training & Outdoor Centre will also be involved, while riders will receive goodie bags and have the chance to win spot prizes through activities on the demo courses.
Lunch and refreshments are included in the ticket price, and the event runs from 08h00 to 14h00. Tickets cost R100 for adults, R50 for children and R25 for spectators.
Riders are encouraged to bring their own riding gear, although a limited number of helmets will be available on-site. Medical personnel and marshals will also be present throughout the day.
Tickets can be purchased online at: www.engele.co.za
