These Website Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of the ZA Bikers website, including its articles, dealer profiles, motorcycle listings, directories, forms, newsletters and related online services.
ZA Bikers is owned and operated by SNEAX (Pty) Ltd.
By accessing or using the ZA Bikers website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the website.
1. About ZA Bikers
ZA Bikers is a South African digital media and online services platform covering motorcycles, motoring, lifestyle, travel, outdoor experiences, products and related interests.
The website includes editorial content, motorcycle news, reviews, features, dealer profiles, motorcycles for sale, promotional content, advertising and services that connect users with dealers and other businesses.
2. Additional Terms
Certain ZA Bikers services are governed by additional terms.
Paid Dealer Network packages, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, refunds and package benefits are governed by the separate ZA Bikers Dealer Network Terms and Conditions.
The collection and processing of personal information are governed by the ZA Bikers Privacy Policy.
If there is a conflict between these Website Terms of Use and the specific terms applying to a paid service, the terms applying to that service will take precedence.
3. Permitted Use of the Website
You may use the ZA Bikers website for lawful personal or business purposes.
You may not:
- Use the website in a way that violates any applicable law.
- Submit threatening, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene or unlawful material.

5. Dealer Profiles and Motorcycle Listings
ZA Bikers provides an online platform through which motorcycle dealers and other approved businesses can publish profiles, inventory and promotional information.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- The dealer or advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of its profile and listings.
- Prices, descriptions, specifications, mileage, condition, availability and financing information must be confirmed directly with the dealer.
- A motorcycle displayed on the website may already have been sold or withdrawn.
- ZA Bikers does not own the motorcycles advertised by independent dealers.
- ZA Bikers is not the seller, purchaser, finance provider or contracting party in a transaction between a user and a dealer.
- Enquiries submitted through the website may be sent directly to the relevant dealer.
Users should inspect a motorcycle, verify its ownership and condition, confirm all material information and obtain appropriate professional advice before entering into a transaction.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.
6. Advertising and Promotional Content
The website may contain advertising, sponsored content, promotional material, competitions and information supplied by dealers, manufacturers, distributors and other businesses.
The advertiser or content provider is responsible for ensuring that its claims, prices, offers and promotional material are accurate, lawful and not misleading.
The appearance of a product, service or business on ZA Bikers does not automatically constitute an endorsement or guarantee by ZA Bikers.
Any purchase or agreement entered into with a third-party advertiser is between the user and that third party.
7. User and Dealer Submissions
You are responsible for information and material that you submit to ZA Bikers, including listings, photographs, videos, logos, Trade News, promotional material, comments and other content.
By submitting content, you confirm that:
- The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You own the content or have permission to use and submit it.
- Its publication will not infringe another person’s rights.
- Any people identifiable in the content have provided the necessary permission.
- The content complies with applicable law and these Terms of Use.
You grant ZA Bikers a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute and promote the submitted content through the ZA Bikers website, newsletters, social media channels and other ZA Bikers media for the purpose for which it was supplied.
This licence does not transfer ownership of the content to ZA Bikers.
We may refuse, edit, unpublish or remove submitted content where we reasonably believe it is inaccurate, unlawful, inappropriate, outdated or inconsistent with our editorial or commercial standards.
8. Intellectual Property

By submitting an enquiry intended for a dealer, you understand that the information required to respond to that enquiry may be shared with the relevant participating dealer.

We take reasonable steps to maintain the website and its services but cannot guarantee that they will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, hosting problems, security requirements or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

14. Responsibility for Breaches

- Your infringement of another person’s rights.
- Fraudulent or deliberately misleading information supplied by you.

A failure by ZA Bikers to enforce a provision immediately does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
