Some people ride to reach a destination. Others ride because they love the road itself. I’ve always believed that the right song at the right moment can transform a journey into something more memorable.

I’m a lifelong fan of rock music and the freedom of the open road, and the voice behind The Ride, a three-hour weekly show on Rock Radio UK. Each week, I take listeners through classic rock, forgotten gems and new music from today’s rock scene.

As a contributor to ZA Bikers, I explore the connection between motorcycles, music and adventure—from songs made for long-distance journeys to the motorcycles that became part of rock ’n’ roll legend.

For me, it’s about finding the unusual, uncovering the overlooked and sharing the stories that make a ride unforgettable. Because sometimes the best way to understand a road isn’t by seeing it, but by hearing what it sounds like.
