2025 KTM 450 SX-F
The 2025 KTM 450 SX-F is powered by a 449.9 cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder 4-stroke SOHC engine with Keihin electronic fuel injection and 44 mm throttle body, electric start, 5-speed transmission with Quickshifter, wet DDS multi-disc clutch with Brembo hydraulics, and chain final drive delivering class-leading motocross performance with explosive power and strong torque. The chassis features a central double-cradle 25CrMo4 steel frame with updated flex characteristics and aluminum-reinforced polyamide subframe for improved stability and rider feedback. Suspension includes WP XACT 48 mm AER upside-down front forks providing Approx. 310 mm travel and a WP XACT rear monoshock with linkage delivering Approx. 300 mm travel for race-ready handling. Braking is handled by 260 mm front disc and 220 mm rear disc with Brembo components. The motorcycle rides on 21-inch front and 19-inch rear wheels with motocross tires.
