The 2025 Gas Gas MC 150 is powered by a 149.1 cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder 2-stroke engine with electronic fuel injection, Power Valves, 6-speed transmission, and electric start delivering strong power and torque for motocross competition. The chassis features a lightweight chrome-molybdenum steel frame with WP XACT 43 mm inverted front forks offering 310 mm travel and a WP XACT rear shock with linkage providing 310 mm travel for precise handling and traction. Braking is handled by disc brakes with a 260 mm front rotor and 220 mm rear rotor supported by a hydraulic brake system. The bike rides on 19-inch front and 16-inch rear wheels with high-performance motocross tire sizes 70/100 front and 90/100 rear, and uses a 520 chain drive.
