The 2025 HUSQVARNA TC 85 19/16 is designed for ambitious young motocross riders ready to push their limits and take their racing performance to the next level. Combining impressive 2-stroke power, lightweight handling and race-proven technology, this machine is built to deliver confidence and excitement on every lap.
Powered by an 84.9 cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, 2-stroke engine with a Keihin carburettor, the TC 85 delivers responsive power and exciting acceleration. A 6-speed gearbox and Formula hydraulic clutch provide precise gear changes and excellent control.
Its lightweight chrome-molybdenum steel frame is paired with fully adjustable WP XACT suspension and a WP XACT PDS rear shock, ensuring excellent stability, traction and handling across demanding motocross tracks. The 19-inch front and 16-inch rear wheels provide the perfect combination of grip and agility.
For 2026, updated components include a redesigned triple clamp mounting system, threaded radiator cap and an adjustable rear brake pedal for improved control.
