The 2025 KTM 450 SMR is a purpose-built supermoto machine designed for sharp handling, strong acceleration and race-focused performance. It features a 449.9 cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke single-cylinder engine producing approximately 63 hp, paired with a 5-speed gearbox, Keihin electronic fuel injection and Suter slipper clutch.
The chassis is equipped with WP XACT 48 mm closed-cartridge front forks and a WP XACT rear shock with linkage, providing excellent control and stability. Braking is handled by a 310 mm Brembo front disc and 220 mm rear disc, while lightweight 16.5-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels are fitted with Metzeler Racetec SM K1 supermoto tyres.
With selectable engine maps, traction control, Launch Control and Quickshifter, the 450 SMR is built for riders looking for a lightweight, responsive and competition-ready supermoto package. It has a 898 mm seat height, 7.2 L fuel tank and approximately 109 kg dry weight.
