The Yamaha XT250 is a proven dual-sport motorcycle that strikes an excellent balance between everyday practicality and off-road capability. Its 249 cc air-cooled single-cylinder 4-stroke SOHC engine with electronic fuel injection delivers smooth, predictable power, strong low-end torque and impressive fuel efficiency. Power is transferred through a 5-speed transmission, wet multi-plate clutch and chain final drive for simple, reliable operation.
Built around a durable steel diamond frame, the XT250 is lightweight and easy to handle on both paved roads and rough trails. Its suspension setup features telescopic front forks with approximately 225 mm of travel and a rear Monocross shock with approximately 180 mm of travel, giving the bike the clearance and compliance needed for uneven terrain.
245 mm front and 203 mm rear disc brakes provide confident stopping power, while 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels fitted with dual-purpose tyres offer dependable grip across road, gravel and dirt.
